Over the course of a 25+ year career spanning technical direction, institutional leadership, freelance entrepreneurship, and event production, I’ve learned what it truly takes to grow — both personally and professionally.
From managing teams and AV budgets at Monmouth University, to directing productions at some of New Jersey’s most recognized film festivals, to building my own freelance business from the ground up — every chapter of my career has taught me something invaluable about leadership, adaptability, and the power of human connection.
Today, I take that hard-earned experience and apply it to what I’m most passionate about: helping others grow.
